entering numerous contacts at same company

Is there an easy way to enter multiple contacts who work as same company or
company location... Right now I have to re-enter all the information when
things like business address, web page url, fax number etc are all the same...

Is there anyway to enter one contact and then have a "save and new at same
company" type of option where consistent information is already populated in
new contact record?

YES. On the "Action" menu there is a command to "New Contact - Setup new
contact from same company" button. Push it and be HAPPY!

thanks... exactly what I wanted... now, why I couldn't find that... never
looked in Action... thanks for your help!
