entering a task on calendar view

How do you enter a task on the date due in the calendar
view? Thank you.
 
You can't add tasks *as* tasks to the Calendar, but you can create an
appointment based on an existing task. Switch to the Task folder,
right-click the task, drag it to the Calendar, and choose your preference
for creating the appointment.
