Enter Network Password

Ever since I purchase my new laptop with Vista software, when MS Outlook is
open every few seconds a box come up asking me to enter my network password.
I called Comcast my service provide and they are telling me that this is an
MS Outlook problem, they are saving that Outlook is not saving the passwords
even though I have it checked to save the password and that is why I am
constantly being prompted to enter a password. What is causing this and how
can I stop it. I can't even type and email, that damn thing popped up 3
times while I was typing this email. Pleaseeee Help
 
This happens when you install office 2000 or older & there's no way around
it. You should upgrade to Office 2003 or 2007 with vista.

Okay, you told us that you are using Windows Vista. You did NOT tell us
which version of Outlook you use.
 
Thanks for your comment but I'm not sure that is the solution since I'm
working in Outlook 2007 with Vista.
