"Enter Network Password" Dialog Box

Help!
From time to time a dialog box titled "Enter Network Password" pops up.
This happens unexpectedly, and most times results in me typing over the User
Name field by accident because I'm typing in another document when it pops
up. This requires me to re-enter the User Name. I always check the "Save
password..." box, but the box keeps popping up.
Weird thing is that it doesn't do this on a regular or predictable basis.
How can I make this stop?????????????????

Hi,
first set your send/receive time to 15Minutes, many providers support only
to send/receive every 15 Minutes,
if this not solve your problem try this
