Enter Network Password constrantly appears

I am running Outlook2002 SP3 on Windows XP SP2. I constantly have the dialog
box appearing requesting "Enter Network Password". I know this information
is correct in my Outlook. I try to retype my password and hit "save this
password in your password list", but to no avail. I eventually have to hit
the "x" and it goes away for about 2 minutes. However, this causes my email
not to download. Can someone please help
