enter link in to appointment

can I enter a link into an appointment block and then when the appointment
pops up to remind, it will automatically open to that web site..... can
this be done???????

No, you'll have to click the link yourself. Imagine if a spammer could send
you messages like that and force you to go to an infected website instead.
