English Version Windows XP Japanese Keyboard

How can I input Japanese words on outlook express and the
internet with Japanese keyboard. Do I need to get a
japanese version of windows XP.

You will need the Japanese version of XP.

Hi,

I use English XP Pro and I can input Chinese(Simplified
or tradition) by changing the regional setting and
languages settings. Now, I can see and input English and
Chinese without any problems.

So, I think you can try that and see if it works.
BTW, you may need to download some Japanese input
method/application from MS website.
