Endnote cite while you write

I had endnote cite while you write on a tab in word 2007, now it is gone.
how do I get it back?
 
I assume that you had it as a result of having an add-in installed that
modified the Ribbon. If that it the case and it is no longer available then
it would seem like the add-in had somehow become un-installed or disabled.
