End UserLicencing Agreement

Even though I registered last July I still get the EULA showing everytime I
open Outlook and other components of Windows - why?
 
You must accept it as an administrator.
Windows XP;
Logon as the administrator and start an Office application.
Accept the EULA and then logoff the administrator and logon with your own
account again.

Windows Vista;
Right click an Office application shortcut and choose; Run as
administrator...
After starting the application and accepting the EULA, close the application
and start it again normally.
