End Programs message at log off

when I log off in XP an End Programs box comes up for my
Printer Control program and for outlook.exe. If I have
open outlook more than once, the box comes up
repeatedly. Any ideas how to stop this.

This edit automatically ends tasks and timeouts that prevent programs from
shutting down and clears the Paging File on Exit.
