End Program Tsl...

Everytime I try to shut down I get "This program is not
responding" and then I have to chose end now. How do I
stop this?
 
you could go to:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop

AutoEndTasks. set to 1.

what program is this? see if you can resolve the problem
by fixing the program first.
