end program error

HELP! My XP is wigging out on me!
I keep getting an END PROGRAM:GDLSP_ASYNCWND_CLASS when
trying to shut down windows. It then doesn't respond and
I have to force it to shut down. I thought it to be
McAfee and unloaded/reloaded it but still has the issuee.

This edit automatically ends tasks and timeouts that prevent programs from
shutting down and clears the Paging File on Exit.
