encryption

I have Office 2000 Professional and I received something
that was encrypted. I tied everything and looked everwhere
to figure out how to decrypt it but am at a loss. Can you
please tell me how to setup my encrypting on this
computor....Tks
 
If the encryption is NTFS, the easiest way will be to get the sender to
resend an unencrypted version of the file to you.
