Encryption Certificates

I have had to re-install & re-register XP on a clients
machine as the HDD died.

I fortunately can still access a couple of data folders
they require off the old HDD, however one folder has been
encrypted. Although it copied over to the new HDD OK I
cannot access it as it requires the encryption
certificate. Where does this file live so I can copy it
over onto the new machine, and gain access to the folder.
