Encrypted Outlook 2007 pst file

Hi All,

I wondered if anyone here can help resolve a problem I have.

I have just done a format and reinstall of my PC and have moved fro
using windows mail to Outlook 2007. I am using Vista 32. I hav
imported all of my old messages from windows mail and these now appea
in outlook.

I have bought PSTSync as I wish to sync email between desktop an
laptop. The problem is when i try to do this using the PSTSyn
programme it tells me that the outlook file is encypted and that i nee
the key.

I havent ever used encyption so i assume that this has been done b
default. This being the case can someone either tell me how to decryp
the file or tell me what the default key is.

I will not be able to use the PSTSync programme without it and i wa
speaking with one of their tech assistants last night and they need t
investigate further before they can advise.

Any help appreciate

The outlook data file is not encrypted nor is it password protected,(Unless
you password protected it) perhaps you had better check with PSTSync support
