encoding / difficulties

Since updating to IE 6.0, Every page I go to comes up
Western European (ISO), No matter if auto select is on,I
have my security set at low (accept all cookies)
What I get are lots of little boxes with red "X"'s
and I have to constantly reset,to unicode(UTF-8) or
WesternEuropean (windows)-after about 10 changes my IE
6.0 closes because of an error-of unknown kind. I've sent
probably 30 error reports- just for fun.

Wow!! thats the same exact problem that I am having. I
have been everywhere and talked to everyone but this is
the first time I have seen someone with the same problem.
It's making me crazy.... If you find a solution please let
me know what it is........Jeanne
