encarta maps

i was trying to view a map at encarta.com, but instead of
the map i just a little "x" in the upper left corner. i
can click on the map area and the zomm bar changes but i
get no picture. i know i probaly need to install
something or turn on somthing but what?

Clean your Temporary Internet Files (Folder).
