AT&T Wireless coverage map display

Does anyone know why an AT&T Wireless coverage map (e.g.,
http://www.attwireless.com/global/maps/coveragemap.jhtml?)
doesn't go ahead and show up, instead of just leaving
the red x in the black box in the upper left hand
corner?

I've tried turning off my internet firewall and security
settings (PC-cillin) in case something was suppressing
there, but that does not remove the problem.

Is there anything else I might have turned on or off that
I need to toggle?

Java Software Installed.
