Enabling Fast User Switching

Hi,
I am a big fan of fast user switching. Recently my sys admin attached my
laptop to a domain and this resulted in the fast user switch feature getting
disabled.

I want to know how to undo this change, so that I can have the fast user
switching feature back. I have Windows XP Professional

Hi Karthik,

Welcome Screen and Fast User Switching are disabled when the system is joined to a Domain. If you want to use Fast User Switching, then the only option is to unjoin the system from the domain. For more information on the topic, see article 295017 from the Microsoft Knowledgebase:
