enable task manager

I currently use windows xp for my home computer use, but
recently, i pressed ctrl+alt+del (as i do now and again
to check system performance), and a message box came up
stating it has been disable by the computer
administrator. However i am the only administrator on my
computer, and i never knew i had disabled it to my
knowledge. I have searched the knowledge base in order to
find out how to re enable, but no lucky. Does anyone know
how to re-enable it?
