Task Manager

I want to enable mt task manager And I cant. been on the
Knowledge base and got the same answers a few times, when
I press Ctrl+Alt+Del, it comes up disabled help please in
a bad way

You need to be more specific about how its been disabled. Error Messages?
Behavior?

If you're receiving an error message saying that its been disabled by your
administrator, click Start, Run and enter REGEDIT Go to:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System

Look in the right pane for a value called DisableTaskMgr. If it exists, it
should be set to 0 (zero). If not double click DisableTaskMgr and set it to
0. If it doesn't exist, right click in a blank area of the right pane,
select New, DWord value and name it DisableTaskMgr. Leave it at 0.
