Enable ICS from Command Line?

Hi,
Does any one know if ICS can be enabled through a command line utility? I
don't want to include "Connection Manager Runtime" bacause it icreases the
footprint. I know you can enable/disable ICF using ICFUtil but how about ICS?

Kap,

You can use netsh to set up ip interfaces/routing/autodhcp/dnsproxy as needed.
Then just start ICS service (e.g. with sc.exe).

I have never done this before so this is just an idea.
