Enable/Disable Network as normal user ?

Hi

To disable/enable my Network Connection
with right click on the icon under "Network
Connections" i must be "Administrator".

Is somebody able to say me
what i have to do, to give normaly users this right.
 
You could make them members of the Network Configuration
Operators group - although this gives them more that just what
you have asked for.
