Enable disable autorun cd

Hello,

How can I enable and disable autoexecution of inserted cds in xp
I have it disabled now and I made a cd that should autostart...
So I want to test if it really autoruns or not...


The cd has simple autorun.bat with autorun.inf that says:
[autorun]
open=autorun.bat

the autorun.bat says

@echo Loading CD
@start index.htm
@cls
@exit

the index.htm is at the same level both files mentioned but it won't run at
all... double clicking the autorun makes the file htm launch so I guess is
there
something with xp tweaks preferences or something. I tired runing the cd in
a win 98 pc and doesn't work either...

Any help ?
