enable diasabled user in winxp pro

i am unable to enable a disabled user from the user section of con trol
panel. I am unable to locate amother location to re enable this user as the
only available users are administrator and guest within control panel.

Hi,

Click start/run, type CONTROL USERPASSWORDS2 and click ok. On the Advanced
tab, click the advances button. Click on the users folder, then right click
the account you want to work with and select properties. Uncheck the box
that disables the account.
