enable cach writing?

After using pc pitstop it pointed out that my write speed
was 75% off, as write to cache was probable disabled. Can
anyone shed any light on this and how can I enble it.

go>start\my computer. Now right click on your main drive
(usually c:\) then click properties. Now click the
hardware tab and then click to highlight your disk drive
and then click the properties button down the bottom. Now
click the policies tab and put a dot in the bottom circle.
