When I create my images is there a EULA agreement that my end user has to
agree too? If so what is, and how do I do that? I'm using WinPE and
sdimagr to deploy my image.

The eMVPs are typically technical people who often run into
licensing/business issues so they have *some* familiarity with those issues.
However, the legal stuff changes on occasion so your best advice is to
contact your distributor and ask the "business" guy. For example, at Avnet
(US) I am the senior tech guy and Derek Dezso is the senior business guy. I
push questions like that to Derek.

Can you direct the question to his attention? I just need to know if my end
user needs to agree to a EULA, or if I need to include anything when I sent
them the CD with the image.

When I got the CD kit for the XPe dev. studio I also got a "Additional
Licensing Provisions for MS Windows XP Embedded RunTimes Licenses" Do I
need to provide a copy of this to my end users?

I'd think it would be the same process for anyone who distributes a XPe
image.

Thanks for your help.

Could you reply to me directly? The email address you're posting with isn't
valid (probably to avoid spam).

Thanks,
