The IE temp files in Document and Settings/ /Local Settings/Temporary
Internet Files are not being deleted [they were a couple days ago].

I've unchecked/applied, re checked/applied 'Empty Temporary Files folder
when browser is closed'.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Fixed the problem by moving the location of the Temporary Internet Files
folder. [Then, moved it back to the original location].

FYI:

"Disk clean-up" doesn't and never has in any version of Windows I've
ever used. If you really want all that stuff gone you've got to do it
the hard way; search and destroy. Same goes for telling IE to clean up
the crap. Do either or both, then search for *.tmp files or/and
temporary internet files & cookies, you'll see.

Best way I know of *really* cleaning TIF is to boot with F8 to take
Safe Mode Command Prompt.

In that navigate with CD to Temporary Internet Files, and use
DEL *.* /S /F
