Empty Folders Automatically

Is there anyway to automatically have it empty the contents of the 'Deleted
Items' and 'Junk E-mail' folders upon closing Windows Mail? It was possible
to set it up the way in Outlook Express, but I can't figure out how to do it
in Windows Mail.

For Deleted Items:

Tools -> Options -> Advanced -> 'Maintenance...' button -> 'Empty
Deleted.....'

For Junk E-mail, the only option is immediate deletion:

Tools -> Junk E-mail Options... -> 'Options' tab -> 'Permanently delete....'
