Empty Event Viewer

I am running W2k Server SP4. When I open my event viewer,
all 3 (application, security & system) are blank. No
entries at all.

Have I unknowingly turned this function off? Otherwise
system runs perfectly.

Does anyone know how to turn it back on?

I see this problem randomly on several of our W2K SP4 servers. 90% of
the time right clicking in the right pane and selecting refresh will
display the events.

Hi,

Try this: go to Action- properties of the event viewer
and increase the maximum log size to double than what is.
See if this helps.
