Empty default folders Outlook 2000

Outlook 2000 sr-1 9.0.0.3821

* Folder List has "Outlook Today - [Personal Folders]"
- This list contains all empty folders, but it's the one Outlook sees by
default
* Folder List also has "Personal Folders"
- This list of folders is identical to the above, but contains all my data
(calendar, contacts, etc.)
* There is only ONE outlook.pst file on my computer.

Question: How can I get Outlook to either point to "Personal Folders" by
default (where the data is) OR migrate my data into the "Outlook Today -
[Personal Folders]" folders?

Thank you!

Change your delivery location and restart Outlook; Tools-> Services-> tab
Delivery

Hmmm. There is no "Services" option in my version's Tools menu...nothing in
Help on "delivery" or "services" either...

Any other suggestions, please?
