Employee Counseling Database

I'm wanting to create a database to track all of the verbal and written
counselings that employees receive. I want the ability to query by type of
infraction, have searching capabilities, etc....

I've looked at the available templates and can't really find anything that
comes close. I'm also very, very new to Access so I'm hoping for any
assistance. If anyone happens to have a template that they'd be willing to
share I would be forever grateful.

I don't know that there is a template like that, certainly not one in
Microsoft's collection. You might find someone who has built a similar
database that might share it, but I think you'll need to be prepared to
write one yourself.

The good news is that there are many of us here willing to help if you run
into a problem.
