Employee Attendance

Does anyone have an employee attendance database that you can share? I work
for a non-profit and do not have the funds to purchase a software for
tracking.

you should do it in SQL Server-- if you're a nonprofit, then it is
critical that you use the best long term and short term solution for
your needs.

SQL Server is easier development than MS Access.

attendance form that they did in Excel:

That one is in Access and looks pretty good. Hopefully, it would just
take a few tweaks to make it work for you.
