EMOLP and Retail License Substitution

We recently ordered 10 EMOLP Windows XP Professional licenses for 10 new
machines. We have a master hard drive image (Created using the EMOLP CD)
which we will duplicate for the 10 machines. Unfortunatley instead of
receiving 10 EMOLP licenses we have received 10 boxed retail versions of
Windows XP Professional. We are short on time to build these machines and
having to return the software and wait for the EMOLP licenses would set us
back.

My question is wether we could go ahead and use the 10 EMOLP Software images
and use a previous EMOLP license key to complete the installation and place
the boxed retail versions (and their license keys) in the software folders
for these 10 machines and still be considered "Legal"

Thanks you for any help you may be able to give.

No, you cannot do that. If must install the proper licenses
on the computers to begin with.
