Cannot open .eml files in outlook express. The file was
fwd to me as attachment. Attachment was not deleted by
outlook express
 
click on the paper clip then click on the attachment>
choose> open it, then go to the Attachment: move pointer
to get focus on the attachment >right click, choose open.
You may have to do the above 2-3 times to get past all the
fwd>fwd levels.

I have the same problem. Did anyone give you any help with this issue?
What do you do to open .eml attachments that have been forwarded?
