I just saw an article on this. You can create a boot
disk, but you need to download from Microsoft website.
I am not sure though if this boot disk will immediately
prompt you to insert a installable CD or it will end in
c:\ prompt since I have not downloaded one yet.
you can also use a win9X boot floppy which has cdrom, smardrive support and
with the utility NTFStoDos Pro on it.
