Embedding fonts in an HTML signature?

Is there a way using Outlook to send an HTML signature with the fonts
embedded so that no matter who receives your signature, the fonts will look
right even if they don't have those fonts on their system?

I forgot - I currently am using Word and Outlook 2003 on a Windows XP SP1
machine.

I tried using an MS tool called WEFT which lets you embed fonts in HTML's.
I created an HTML that works fine when I put it on a web server as far as
embedding the font but when I used the html as a signature template, it
doesn't include the source code for embedding the fonts.
