Signature not in message when using scan to email

Hi everyone!

We're using Outlook 2007. When we use the "scan to email" function o
our network printer, it brings up a new message in Outlook with th
scanned image attached which is great, but the message does not hav
the default signature in it. When we try to add a signature it does no
include the company jpeg and the font is changed to an old schoo
computer font.

Any ideas?

Thanks for your help

See the answer you got in outlook.general

For future reference; next time crosspost instead of multipost. This means
that you'll be posting a single message to multiple newsgroups at once and
it will leave the discussions intact; replies in one newsgroup will also
show up in the other and vice versa.

Oh I'm sorry I actually didn't realise I'd posted it twice, I'm not sure
what happened and I know how irritating that is, my mistake, thanks for
the reply.
