Embedded Word document

I have a three page embedded Word document in my PowerPoint presentation.
When I run the slide show I can only see the first page. Is there a way to
scroll through all three pages of the document during the slide show or do I
have to separate them an then embed them?

Thanks in advance for all the help.

Don't think you can scroll through three pages of the document during slide
show.

How about using the Send to PowerPoint feature?
To send the document to PowerPoint, open the Word document, click File >
Send To > Microsoft Office PowerPoint. But before you do that, you will need
to properly format your document.

PowerPoint will take the style from Word.
Setting the style Heading 1 will become the Title text.
Heading 2 will become the bullet (Content).
Heading 3 will become the sub bullet.

Only text formatted with Heading style will be sent to PowerPoint, while
others will be omitted.

Thanks for the information but it's a three page, locked, fill-in form. I
did try it anyway though since I've never used that feature and see where it
can be very useful in the future since there are options to split into other
slides. As for the document I am using it looks like I will have to break it
into three separate documents and then embed each one...thanks for the help.

Hi Ann

Sorry to but in, but what is it you are trying to achieve? I suppose I mean
why are you putting the doc into the ppt? Would it be possible to link to the
file so it opens in Word or use a document camera/web cam instead? For
example if I was training on filling in a new Word form I would fill in a
form on the screen in Word...

My apologies if I'm picking up the wrong end of the stick :)

Hi Ann

In that case, I would put a link in the powerpoint slide to the document and
use the actual document to show the fields (or one marked up with red cricles
from the drawing toolbar) as then you can scroll up & down to your heart's
content. If you turn all the toolbars off in Word first it will look neat
enough.

If you need instructions on adding the link, making sure it works on another
computer, adding mark ups to doc or anything else, post back.

Of course, that's just what I would do so feel free to ignore it :)

No need to apologize. I appreciate all the help I can get and even if I can't
do what I want I usually end up learning something new...which is always good.

In this case I just want to point to the fields and explain them so I only
need to view them and not actually have them function as fill-in fields.
