embedded wav's don't play

Several pps's with properly embedded wav's, used to play fine... not they
don't. Nothing changed that I know of. Links play fine... perhaps a hardware
setting problem??

Right Click on the speaker icon and see if there is a path (c://...) or
listed as (embedded) + file name. This will tell you if the file is embedded
or linked.

Try this : Tolls/Options/General, chage the limit to embed (100Ko) to
something like 50000 Ko

Thanks... embedded, and again, they used to work, now they don't. 50000
limit, still no go. Linked files are fine, but...???

Another thing... the ppt's work fine, embedding and all, in another machine.
Must be a hardware config. problem.
