Hi, can anyone tell me why embedded videos, especially on Mail On Line site, will not play in Firefox? I'm running Windows XP Pro.
Thanks.
 
Is Flash up to date ?
Start FF in Safe Mode without ad-ons and see what happens.
 
Hi, just updated Flash and restarted in safe mode, but I still get a white rectangle when trying to view Mail OnLine videos.
