Embedded Sound Won't Play

I changed my options to link sounds with file sizes larger than 50000 Kb.
However, once I put a sound in and play in once, it won't play again.

What do you mean that it won't play again? Do you mean that if you go back
to the slide with the sound it won't play? or if you start the presentation
over again it won't play?

It won't play again at all. If I'm working in the slide and I click to play
the sound OR if I go back to replay the slideshow it won't play. It just
quits after I listen to the sound clip once.

In the slideshow, and if your going back to the slide with the music, you
have to put a blank slide with zero transitions before the music slide, and
link back to it. PowerPoint brings you back after all the events for that
slide have been completed.
