embedded images on msg body doesnt appear on print-out

we have 2 HP designjet 8550N printers in our office.
printerA & printerB.

we are using win2k prof with sp4 on all wks & outlook 2k
pro as the email program. the printers are on the network.

now, 2 users at our site received the same email with many
images embedded in the message body. user1 can only print
to printerA & user2 can print only to printerB.

when user1 prints to printerA he gets the print exactly as
whats seen on the message body with all images. but when
user2 prints to printerB he doesnt get the images, instead
just an outline of the image with a cross on the top-left
of the box indicating image-name & image-size. now when
user1 prints to printerB he again gets exactly whats seen
on the message body.

now all the printer properties & prefernces are identical
for both printers, the printer control panel settings are
identical. user1 has rights to PRINT, MANAGE PRINTERS &
MANAGE DOCUMENTS while user2 has only rights for PRINT.

also all the print settings & page setup of OL2k are
identical.

How do i resolve this so that user2 can also print exactly
what appears on the message body along with the messages.
