embedded hot link in e-mail not working

When I click on a hot link in a e-mail it does not take
me to that hot link site, instead it opens a dialog box
that want so install software to my pocket pc. It does
not matter what e-mail or hot link, always to me to the
dialog box. Below is a sample of the text in the dialog
box.
