Embedded files HELP!!

I cannot get a sound file to embed with my presentation. I changed the
allowable size under tools munu to accomodate large files but when Im send
the PPS by e-mail the recipient does not get sound!

Help!

Is it a wav sound? Only wav can be embedded. If you are using mp3 format,
check Quick Fix for mp3 here:

Also, after changing the setting, you will need to re-insert the sound.

Sound files do not always mean WAV files. PowerPoint will embed WAV files
(and only WAV files) upto the size stated in the options at the time of the
insertion.

Sounds/Movies don't play, images disappear or links break when I move or
email a presentation
