Embedded Excel File

Is it possible to embed an Excel file that takes up more than one page in a
Word doc? When I add the object, part of the Excel file is cut off at the
bottom instead of wrapping to the next page. Also, there is 1/2 - 3/4 of a
page that is blank from the heading for the table (or spreadsheet) to the
beginning of the actual spreadsheet. I am guessing this is due to the size
of the Excel sheet.

Hi Marti,

Embedded objects and graphics are generally limited to one printed
page size in Word.

Try inserting a smaller sized range (named or cell coordinates)
from your spreadsheet into Word to see if that resolves the blank
space problem.

Thanks Bob. I'll give it a try. Since the data all tallies at the end of
the sheet, would it work to break up the sheet? Can I link the cells after
splitting up the data so that a change in one section will change the totals
at the end?
