Embedded Attachment Problem

We recently upgraded to Office 2003. Since then, my boss has been having e-mail attachment problems. When he's using the HTML format, his attachments are embedded into his e-mail wherever his cursor is. This doesn't seem to be a problem in plain text, but of course, he prefers HTML! Does anyone know how we can change it so that his attachments show on a separate line in the header instead of in the body of the e-mail?

THANKS!

You must be talking about Rich Text now; not HTML. Rich Text is the only
format that allows embedded attachments. You can change your message format
in Tools-> Options-> tab Mail Format. Set it to Plain Text or HTML

What type of attachments are being inserted then?

Also; is he using Word or Outlook as the e-mail editor? Does it changes the
behaviour when he moves to the other e-mail editor?

Well, no. With an e-mail open, under Format we have 2 options: HTML and
Plain Text.
