Embed Video

I am trying to embed a video into my web page. Following the instructions I
click on Insert, Picture, then video. However, the video option is grayed
out.

I have not been able to find out how to enable this feature or any articles
or documentaion describing this problem.

Any infirmation on this problem is greatly apprecaited.

Open Front Page and go to:

Tools | Page Options | Compatibility |
Set browsers to | Custom | and check all the boxes
