Embed .mpg movie not working - Pls help!

I need to create a page similar to this:
http://www.homeremedies-llc.com/assets/multimedia/HomeRemedies42005email.mpg
(The video works in IE, Firefox, and Netscape.)

My version: http://www.homeremedies-llc.com/index1.html (click on video)
only shows up in IE. I converted the .mpg video to .wmv for this version and
it works fine in IE but it's not showing at all in Netscape or Firefox.

I also tried Insert Picture / Video and then selecting the .mpg file. When
I preview in IE, Firefox, and Netscape, it doesn't show up on any of them.
Can someone tell me how to embed an .mpg video so that it shows up in IE,
Firefox, and Netscape?

Thanks Tom - I know nothing about this topic. So does embedding basically
require some code insertion into the HTML?

Beverly: I recommend you do the searches that I suggested, and see what
options are available. I saw several possibilities.
