Embed music files

I have created a PP presentation which includes midi
files. When I emailed it to another user, no music. It was
looking for the files on my computer. How do you get the
music to 'stay' with the presentation. Thank you
 
Look at the section titled "Movies and Sounds" in the following:

Sounds/Movies don't play, images disappear or links break when I move or email a
presentation

Then send them all along with the presentation and tell the user to save them to
a folder on their hard drive and play the presentation from there.
